Our Responsive Ajax Dropdown Cart Widget for WooCommerce has been tested on WooCommerce 2.0 RC2 (which is due to be released on March 4th 2013) and is fully working with no updates required.
We will of course test the widget when the full version is released but as of now we have no concerns over compatibility.
